Advice!!!

Ok im 6'3 235, I am wanting to lose about 10-15 pounds and cut up a bit during the process. Then I would like to gain about 10 of it back in muscle, what should I do?
 
hit the gym hard daily...on your days off run on the treadmill, or on the stairmaster. Eat a lot of lean meat, drop the carbs after mid-day. Maintain protien intake and drop fats. Set a goal to lose the weight, then set another goal to gain more muscle
 
Yeah sort of agree with hmlacrosse. Lower the carbs and up the protein. Once you get around the body fat you want start adding carbs. Slowly add it and you will find your bodys own level were you can gain muscle and put on minimal fat. Only thing I dont agree with is the gym. Do the weights every other day max and the treadmill on the other day. As soon as you wake up if you have your own. Dont forget to write it all down so you know whats happening.
 
I say don't worry about your weight too much if you are already at your ideal weight!!

C'mon guys! It's always harder to gain weight in Lean Muscle once you are 15 lbs lighter. If you have 15 lbs to lose, you have some WORK ahead of you, but don't take it in steps. Hit the weights HARD... treadmill as needed/on days off.

In six months... re-evaluate. If you still have 5 lbs to lose worry about it then.
