hi guys , hope yous are all bashing those weights good and proper
.. anyways i put a post on not long ago about what i should be taking for my first cycle ever . but the advice i got was to change my dieting . i took the guys advice because he was right my diet would have been in no shape for a proper workout or any real gains when i start them .. well i have changed it and its going well iam enjoying it to be honest dont know why i dont it ages ago .. big portions
lots of tuna , chiken , steak ect ect no point going into it all but im on the right track atleast i think i am .... going to sound like a stupid question right but i got gas coming out of my back end like u wouldnt beleive lol is this a sign i am eating alot of protien?? also scince i only really started this proper diet for a week or 2 should i wait a few month before i start my first cycle ?
