what do you guys take after cycle

Week 9-10 : Nolvadex 40 mg ed
Week 11-12: Nolvadex 20 mg ed

Unless you want to spend a long long time before you HPTA recovers, which would imply a practical total loss of all of the gains made during the cycle, an increased risk for testicle cancer and a high estrogen/testosterone ratio that could lead to gyno aftercycle.

I guess some people prefer nolvadex over clomid post cycle but not me. I'm just curious neurotic , does that work for you in place of clomid ?

yes it does. 50mg clomid = 20mg nolvadex u can replace appropriately

nolvadex works better both as an antiestrogen and as a post-cycle therapy. Besides, nolvadex is much safer when it comes to vision health. Clomid might jeopardize your vision. Not only that... Nolvadex, being a SERM, acts as an estrogen in the liver, thus promoting liver health.
