AI for reducing estrogen to get rid of pubertal gyno

I don't agree. He is on the right track. AI's have been known to effectively reverse and remove gyno left over from puberty. Serms won't do anything for gyno.

I respectfully disagree. He has a closed HPTA loop, so trying to reduce estradiol at a specific site is fruitless. SERMs target the specific tissues in the breast, and have studies proving this.

I respect your right to disagree but it has been documented broadly here on this site. Letrozole at low doses will do it. Use the search function.

Doctors in the UK will not prescribe any meds to reduce gyno, they only suggest surgery.

use a SERM for 3-4 months and see how much it shrinks.
get blood work done first ofcourse. and our sponsor RUI here has theproducts you need btw so dont stress. but keep in mind alot of gyno wont go away , specially old gyno that is very developed, but it can always shrink to a point you are happy with and avoid getting cut

I agree here totally. if a AI would help so would a SERM, but without the crashing of estrogen and less negatives with serm use for off cycle gyno

Sorry Bubba, it won't do what you think. Nipple sensitivity doesn't mean anything, unless it HURTS even with the slightest touch to your nipples. SERM treatment is the best approach, and if that doesn't work, time to get a consult in with a doctor to discuss alternatives.

My .02c :)

This, spot on. Raloxifene at 30mg/day should do the trick. Blood work isnt a bad idea but not if your currently taking an ai. You want an accurate pic of hormones to see if e2 is naturally elevated and will need managed along with the gyno treatment.

I repeat a serm will not do anything. You need to starve the gland of estrogen. Using an Aronatise inhibitor is the only way the pharmasutically reverse and remove gyno in any form. Period.

SARMS BLOCK the receptors thus strave the glands... old school way of avoiding gyno WAS to use SERMS on cycle. now we know better, use an AI to keep estrogen in check.. but if off cycle and with normal estrogen then SERMS should be used to starve glands while leaving estrogen to work in the body as its meant to.
sorry but i do disagree on this topic. there is alot of research showing this is true with what i say. will letro work? yes.. but my point is the SERMS off cycle are a better choice and leaves you from crashing your estrogen.

That's exactly what both tamoxifen and raloxifene do and they do it right at the desired location, the e receptor in breast tissue. Raloxifene EXTREMELY effectively. This allows you to effectively treat gyno* (see study below) without systemically lowering e2 levels which is extremely unhealthy as well as unnecessarily uncomfortable physically as well as emotionally taxing with the sure to come sexual dysfunction.

With all due respect, I don't understand your stubbornness with regards to this topic.

You've been shown plenty of evidence, by a lot of knowledgeable members, across a variety of threads, illustrating how wrong you are about this...
Yet you still refuse to educate yourself (we can ALL learn something new regardless of how experienced we may be) and, more importantly, continue to give poor advice to others...

If you want this place to be filled with knowledgeable members & new guys/girls who want to educate themselves, and as the owner of the board I'd think you would, then your setting a very poor example man.
Something to keep in mind :)
