ALA Dosage

Hi guys, about to start my Winstrol (winny) orals at 45mg ED (they're 15mg tabs so not messing around chopping to do 50mg) and I was wondering how much ala I should take? I've looked around and I've seen 1 a day, 1 on waking 1 on sleep, 1 before every meal and none of them say actual amounts either so just looking for some clarity. The tabs I've got are 100mg and I'm also taking sus 250 @ 1ml every 3days.

PS. on the bottle it says to only take 1 a day so ..?
