Alcohol and nicotine while on cycle Moderation?

Hey guys, so it may be quite obvious that mixing gear with alcohol is not a good idea but I'm wondering if moderation is key.. Also what do you guys think about nicotine I know it decreases circulation.

My normal schedule is to have a glass or two of wine every night with dinner. I don't get drunk or do shots at the bar or night club.

Also I know orals are generally more toxic than the injectables to an extant. Eg 25-30 mg of winny or d-bol is around 3-4 beers when it comes to working your liver.

Is a glass of wine okay ?

You would be better off without the alcohol and nicotine. Give them up.
