Here's the lowdown:
Current Stats and Goals for this cycle:
Start: 5'7", 183lb, 10-12% BF (guessing.. abs visible flexed, shoulder/bi veins still poppin)
End: 5'8" (one can dream), 200lb, same or less BF
DB Bench - 100x15 --> 120x25 (no spot on first rep)
Deadlift - 495x5 --> 585x3 (touch and go, strapped)
Squat - 405x1 --> 405x5 (belt)
Weeks 1-4 (all out bulk phase)
Tren A 150mg EOD
Test P 75mg EOD
Anadrol 50mg ED (have enough for 100mg ED, but I've heard nasty things bout drol)
Weeks 4-8 (recomp/bulk phase)
Tren A 150mg EOD
Test P 75mg EOD
Weeks 9-10 (recomp/slight cut phase)
Tren A 100-150mg EOD (might taper down for end of cycle)
Test P 75mg EOD
Mast P 100-150mg EOD
PCT
40/40/20/20 Nolva
100/100/50/50 Clomid
Triptorelin on hand
Ancillaries:
Arimidex (0.5mg EOD while on drol to keep bloat/estro sides down)
Prami (haven't bought any, but have a source in case of tren nipple faucet)
Milk Thistle (so I can live til 40)
Also considering just cruising after this cycle on 200mg Test E a week for 10-12 weeks post cycle instead of doing PCT as I'll probably want to do a full cutting cycle by March or April.
Training frequency per week: Back 1-2x, Chest 1-2x, Shoulders 1x, Arms 1-2x, Legs 1x. I like to wing it and keep scheduling instinctive, but at the end of the week, that's the approximate frequency. Usually start with a heavy exercise for low reps, then move on to high rep stuff with high volume, low rest, and frequent use of intensity techniques (dropsets, supersets, forced reps, etc)
For example, next chest workout will look like:
1. DB Bench - 110-120 x 3 x 6-15
2. Incline Plate Loaded Press - 3-4 dropsets
3. Flat Plate Loaded Press - 3-4 dropsets
4. Cable Flyes super set with DB Incline - 3-4 sets
5. Pec Dec - few burnouts
Diet: On point. Aiming for 500g carbs, 200g protein, minimal fat (recently hitting 30-50g)
Up from 183lb --> 185lb this week, so I think I'm alright on cals for the moment.
Other notes:
- Will drop cals for the last 2 weeks just to drop any remaining water retention and bring out some vascularity before the cycle is over.
- Will also be getting blood work done 4 weeks after PCT to make sure shit's in check before hopping on the next cycle.
Notes about the last week:
Felt tighter overall, bigger pumps for sure. Had a little bit of insomnia last night but it passed after a BJ. Enjoying eating all these carbs hooooooly fuck.
My fingers actually have a pump typing this much so I'm gonna get a meal in. Today's an injection day and I'll be training either chest or legs. I'll update mah feelingz post-workout.
