Here's the lowdown:

Current Stats and Goals for this cycle:
Start: 5'7", 183lb, 10-12% BF (guessing.. abs visible flexed, shoulder/bi veins still poppin)
End: 5'8" (one can dream), 200lb, same or less BF
DB Bench - 100x15 --> 120x25 (no spot on first rep)
Deadlift - 495x5 --> 585x3 (touch and go, strapped)
Squat - 405x1 --> 405x5 (belt)

Weeks 1-4 (all out bulk phase)
Tren A 150mg EOD
Test P 75mg EOD
Anadrol 50mg ED (have enough for 100mg ED, but I've heard nasty things bout drol)

Weeks 4-8 (recomp/bulk phase)
Tren A 150mg EOD
Test P 75mg EOD

Weeks 9-10 (recomp/slight cut phase)
Tren A 100-150mg EOD (might taper down for end of cycle)
Test P 75mg EOD
Mast P 100-150mg EOD

PCT
40/40/20/20 Nolva
100/100/50/50 Clomid
Triptorelin on hand

Ancillaries:
Arimidex (0.5mg EOD while on drol to keep bloat/estro sides down)
Prami (haven't bought any, but have a source in case of tren nipple faucet)
Milk Thistle (so I can live til 40)

Also considering just cruising after this cycle on 200mg Test E a week for 10-12 weeks post cycle instead of doing PCT as I'll probably want to do a full cutting cycle by March or April.

Training frequency per week: Back 1-2x, Chest 1-2x, Shoulders 1x, Arms 1-2x, Legs 1x. I like to wing it and keep scheduling instinctive, but at the end of the week, that's the approximate frequency. Usually start with a heavy exercise for low reps, then move on to high rep stuff with high volume, low rest, and frequent use of intensity techniques (dropsets, supersets, forced reps, etc)

For example, next chest workout will look like:
1. DB Bench - 110-120 x 3 x 6-15
2. Incline Plate Loaded Press - 3-4 dropsets
3. Flat Plate Loaded Press - 3-4 dropsets
4. Cable Flyes super set with DB Incline - 3-4 sets
5. Pec Dec - few burnouts

Diet: On point. Aiming for 500g carbs, 200g protein, minimal fat (recently hitting 30-50g)
Up from 183lb --> 185lb this week, so I think I'm alright on cals for the moment.

Other notes:
- Will drop cals for the last 2 weeks just to drop any remaining water retention and bring out some vascularity before the cycle is over.
- Will also be getting blood work done 4 weeks after PCT to make sure shit's in check before hopping on the next cycle.

Notes about the last week:
Felt tighter overall, bigger pumps for sure. Had a little bit of insomnia last night but it passed after a BJ. Enjoying eating all these carbs hooooooly fuck.

My fingers actually have a pump typing this much so I'm gonna get a meal in. Today's an injection day and I'll be training either chest or legs. I'll update mah feelingz post-workout.
 
Yesterday:
Weighed in at 187lb. Definitely feeling a LOT fuller as a result of the anadrol + high carbs. Ended up doing a chest workout, something as follows:

1. Bench Press - 225x10, 275x6, 315x3 with a spot
2. DB Bench - 100lb, 4 sets, 10-15 reps, first set was 15 reps, last set was a dropset to 55's
3. Superset: Plate Loaded Incline and Plate Loaded Flat - 4 sets, 10-15, 1.5 plates each side
4. Machine Flyes - 5 sets high reps, focus on the squeeze
5. 6-8 supersets for arms (bi/tri) at 10-15 reps each again... DB Curls, Rope Pushdowns, Preachers, DB Ext... standard stuff

Juicy. On point on diet, probably a little high on cals actually.
Gear: 150mg tren a, 75mg test p, 50mg anadrol

Today:
Work from early to late... way too mentally exhausted to hit the gym + my quad was crazy sore from the injection so I wouldn't have been able to do legs anyway.

Diet was on point.

Gear: 50mg anadrol

Couldn't weigh in today since I wasn't at the gym.

No sides yet, some weird, reallllly realistic dreams and a LITTLE bit of insomnia a few nights ago, but nothing serious. Balls are still large and in charge.

Water retention from anadrol seems to be kicking in as well. I'm enjoying the strength gains off it, but I'll probably start running arimidex EOD at 0.25-0.5mg by the end of the week before I start looking like a water balloon.

Tomorrow's a back day... or a legs+arms day... Haven't decided.

Also a guy at Popeye's told me not to buy Animal Pak because I'm not 250... and he was 140 soaking wet. Motherfuckers need to change their hiring policy.
 
Weighed in yesterday at 187.5lb. Tiiiiiiny little gain. Still looking to be 200-210 by the end of cycle, which is looking to be around the start of February.

Trained arms day before yesterday, around 15-20 supersets going for a realllly thick solid tight pump. Had a bad headache so I didn't really feel like doing anything else.

Yesterday was back day, which looked something like:

1. Superset Pull-ups and NG Pulldowns - 4 supersets, 15-20 reps
2. Plate-loaded Rows - 4 sets, 10-12 reps, squeeze at peak contraction
3. Underhand Barbell Rows - Threw a plate on the bar and did 5 or 6 sets of 10-12 reps with really tight form
4. Cable Chest Supported Rows - Another 4-5 sets, 10-12 reps
Think I did something else for back, but I can't remember. Finished with some extra biceps work.

Diet's been the same, just a loooooot of carbs and ~200g protein. Gonna keep bumping up carbs as weight gain slows down.

In other news, the second gear shipment (HCG and PCT) didn't arrive and probably got confiscated by customs. Gonna have to make another order this weekend or suffer from shrivelled balls forever. It's a good thing anyway, I'm planning on cruising instead of PCT this time, so I'll get 10 amps of pharma test and chill on that for 10 weeks (I guess that's mid-April 2014)
 
Late night leg sesh. Feeling a cough coming up too so throwing medication down my gullet til it subsides.

Did Squats, 10x10, 185lb. Too sleepy to do anything else. I'll bump this up to 225lb next time and increase the rest periods a little.

Weighed in at 188lb when I got to the gym.

Anyway... trained delts today. Started off with 3 sets of 90's on DB shoulder press. Dropped the dumbbell on the last set and it rebounded right into my thumb so that shit's sore as fawk. Rest of the workout was VERY painful, but it should be fine in a few days. Did a few more sets of DB press with a lighter weight, higher reps, lower rest. Then lateral raises, machine presses up to 2.5 plates per side, and finished off with rear delts. Something like 20-25 sets total.

Weighed in at 190lb when I got to the gym. Not bad.

And now I'm off to stick my thumb up a tube of bengay.
 
damn this seems like its going to be a monster cycle as far as gains.

Up to 192lb today :)

Today was arms. Supersetted tri's and bi's for most of the workout going for a big ass pump, then finished with forearms. Probably 15-20 supersets on bi's and tri's and 10 for forearms; whole thing took about 45 minutes so it was a pretty dense training session.

Fuckinggg pinning 2.2 mL (1.5 tren, 0.7 test) isn't getting easier. Shoulder was FUCKEDDDD all workout attempting anything overhead.
 
Switched over to pinning ED... the 2.2 mL injections were raping me. My delt was sore for 4 days last time :S Anyway, pinning 0.4mL and 0.7/0.8mL tren ED and it's a hell of a lot easier, especially with those tiny little 23 gauge bitches that take an hour to get flowing.

Yesterday was chest day. Weighed in at 192lb pre-workout.

1. DB Bench - 110x14,12, 120x8 (no lift off whaaaat)
2. DB Bench/DB Flye Superset - 80/30 x 4x10-12 reps
3. Flat Machine/Incline Machine Superset - 1-1.5 plates, 4-5 sets of 10-15 reps
4. Cable Crossovers and Machine Flyes to finish off, another 6-8 sets total I believe

Last time I tried the 120's with no liftoff I only got 3 reps... and that was like 2 weeks ago. The goal is 120x20 for the end of cycle. If I find a gym with bigger dumbbells, I'd like to hit 140 for 8-10 reps.

Pinned left delt with 0.7mL Tren, 0.4mL test
Trained shoulders (despite training chest yesterday... training partner went full retard so I jumped off the cliff too)

Started off with smith presses, worked up to 225x9, then 245x5
Then DB Presses (light, 60lb) for 5 sets of 15, superset with lateral raises with 30's
Then plate loaded presses up to 3 plates on each side for 2 sets, 7 then 5. Did a bunch of lighter sets beforehand.
Finished off with rear delts and around 10 sets for triceps.

Weighted in at 193lb at the gym.... 200lb is SO DAMN CLOSE I CAN TASTE IT
Helps that I took the week off work to study for finals, so I'm pretty much a hermit stuffing my face all day. Great for gains try it.

Pinned my left quad today. Did right glute yesterday... first glute injection I've ever done. It was realllllly easy and painless but today it was pretty sore, probably cuz its a virgin spot.

Trained legs today. 10x10 with 225lb on squats and that's that. Weighed in at 194 when I got to the gym and 193 when I left the gym (a little obsessive compulsive...). Didn't eat well today so the slight gain was a bit of a surprise.

Probably gonna up the anadrol dose to 75mg ED for the next week, then 100mg ED for the week after. After that, I'll drop drol, cut cals, and cut down a little bit for the end of cycle.

Noticed some new stretch marks on my lats and back and upper chest. I regret not taking measurements. Definitely something I'll do after the cruise is over (probably end March).

On another note, feeling a lump under the nips but I'm hoping it'll go away post-cycle. I'm gonna buy some prami soon to keep progestin sides lower. If that doesn't help, well I guess its the drol and I'll cut it out earlier possibly.

Regardless, I know a guy who did the surgery around where I live a few weeks ago, and it cost him 2.3k, which isn't half bad as a LIFETIME thing; gyno becomes nothing to worry about and that's worth a lot being dedicated to the sport of bodybuilding.

Pinned right shoulder yesterday (FUCKING PIP HARD, definitely hit a lymph node), and left glute today.

Trained Chest/Bi's today. Started with DB bench press.. hit 120's for 3 sets, 12, 12, 10. Another pretty good improvement and making my way to 20 fairly fast.

Next was decline plate loaded superset with DB flyes, another 4-5 sets here.

Then incline plate loaded superset with flat plate loaded. Kept adding on the incline plate loaded up to 3 plates each side for 10.

Went on to biceps... started with traditional EZ bar curls for 4 sets, then preacher curls 4 sets, then a hammer curl rack run (20-45-20, 5lb jumps).

Still at 50mg anadrol ED... nervous about bumping it up cuz of gyno fears. Tomorrow marks 2 weeks on anadrol, so I'll consider bumping it up again.

Didn't weigh in today, completely slipped my mind... but my diet has been a little lower in cals for the past 2 days cuz I've been hella busy studying and completely missed a few meals. Two exams Monday so getting through the next few days should be hard, but then it'll be a huge load off my shoulders.

Getting raped a little by finals at school so I fell off the horse a little. Skipped a workout or two and haven't been eating as much as I should have been.

Regardless, weighed in yesterday at 196lb... what. Upped the drol to 100mg ED a few days ago, so I'm guessing that's what's miraculously throwing on weight. Definitely feeling REALLY strong recently...

Worked shoulders yesterday... was supposed to do Bi's too, but ran out of time (gym was closing). Started with smith machine press, up to 225x10 then 255x5. Went on to DB shoulder press, 10x10 with 60lb dbs. Finished up with 4-5 sets of face pulls. The GVT pumped a FUCK ton of blood into my delts. Felt great.

Changing the workout split to something as follows:
Day 1: Back, Triceps
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Chest OR Shoulders, Biceps
Day 4: Repeat

Rest on 7th day. Should be a good way to pack on a lot of mass by hitting the largest muscle groups more often. Should be done with drol in 2 weeks, then I'll continue with bulking for another 2 weeks, then cut for the last 4 weeks of cycle. All's going as planned :)

Dosage: Right Delt, 0.7mL Tren, 0.4mL Test, 50mg Drol morning, 50mg Drol evening
Weight: 195lb last night (Will check later at the gym)

Diet: Probably hit around 400g carbs and 200g protein so far, will fit in another 100g carbs, 50g protein PWO.

Training:
Hit back yesterday. Started off supersetting pull-ups and unilateral pulldowns for 5 sets. Moved on to underhand barbell rows, 4 sets with 185lb. Moved on to plate loaded pulldowns, 2 plates per side for 4 sets. Another 4 sets on chest supported rows with just 1 plate, and finished off with DB rows, 3 sets.

Gonna hit ARMS later today, not legs. Legs have been growing like weeds just hitting them once a week.

Notes: Last exam tomorrow! Then it's FULL FOCUS ON STUFFING MY FACE TIL I RUN OUT OF DROL

Training: Yesterday OFF, day before ARMS, today CHEST
Aiming for 120's x 20 today on DB Flat, then probably 15-20 more sets going for the biggest pump possible. Nothing new here :)
Dosage Today: 0.7mL Tren, 0.5mL Test, 100mg Drol (50mg morning, 50mg night)

Looking reallllllly big recently. Wore an old shirt and I'm exploding out of it at the right places. Great cycle, would recommend, A+++++.

Hit CHEST today.

1. DB Bench Press - 120s x 17, 12, 12
2. Plate Loaded Decline SS Flat DB Flyes - 4 sets
3. Plate Loaded Incline SS Plate Loaded Flat - 4 sets
4. Cable Crossovers - 3 sets

Would've liked to finish with another 4-5 sets with one-and-half rep dips (just with BW), but I ran out of time. Really happy about the PR on DB Bench though, 20 next week is definitely possible.

Also, weighed in at 198lb today. Feeling j00000000cy

Dosage: 0.8mL Tren, 0.5mL Test, 100mg drol (50mg at 10:00AM, next 50mg at 10:00PM)
Weight: 197lb (small down fluctuation since yesterday, nbd)

Training: Hit BACK today. Started with 4 supersets, pull-ups to underhand pulldowns. Next hit 4 sets of cable rows. Then hit another 3 sets on plate loaded pulldowns, and 3 sets with DB rows. Finished off with some straight arm pulldowns and around 6 sets for biceps (very light, had some tendon stiffness)

Diet: Upping to around 600g carbs for the next 2 weeks. I have enough drol for the next 2 weeks at 100mg ED, but I'm not sure if I'll run it past next Monday.

Nothing else to report; we got 30cm of snow here in MTL in the past 2 days so it's been a pretty shitty weekend. And winter blues/tren rage is a dangerous combination.
