All the key ingredients fully maximized is amazing.

Sure you can take boatloads of tren and GH and eat sub par, train sub par and look good ----- but you could look ABSOLUTELY AMAZING if you put 100% effort into all facets of this lifestyle --- it just isn't for everyone since the mental side of this equation is what separates good results from GREAT results.

no offense, but I doubt your 17 year old buddy is bigger than 95% of the guys on here. not with a fast food diet anyway.

What do you guys eat when you cant eat.... I have been bulking but I have been sick all weekend and un able to force feed myself. All I can really get down is protien shakes... any ideas.
 
Well, I haven't read around but at 17, 265, 5,9, 11 percent or so bf, don't know how many will be bigger, he doesn't only eat fast food, but one a day anyways

Wait one second... 265 at 5'9'' and 11% bf???? Those might be the most fabricated stats I have ever heard.. He'd literally have to have a ton of fat to weigh 265 at 5'9''... lies..
 
this is where I disagree, I know diet is a big part, but I know a kid who is 17? I think now, and he eats like 2 full pizzas, goes to the gym with mcdonald burgers, and he is most likely bigger then 95 percent of the people on here, but he is on all the gear in the world. haha

I hear it throughout the board but, What does eating clean really mean? Does it mean eating 6 meals of egg whites, cottage cheese, chicken breasts and broccoli? I eat a lot if steak and red meat or pork with rice/potatoes with green salad. For snacks I eat yogurt, protein shakes and fruits. Is this ok?

to me eating clean is not eating fast food, no sodas, mainly just water with meals. i use milk with shakes because i'm bulking. whether bulking or cutting, watch what kinds of fat you eat and how much. what kind of carbs as well. i get carbs where i can, white rice is fine to me. there's nothing saying red meat isn't clean, just don't get a marbled steak. go with a lean sirloin. i think if you ate nothing but chicken and brown rice you'd kill yourself. atleast i would
 
Hey I don't think your buddy is nearly the stats you put up. Pics or it didn't happen. Crazy mike well said my friend. I have a lot of friends that are young and boneheaded. They take gear get good size then after the cycle they shrink and they ask me what to do. I look at them take a deep breath and say shut the f#$% and get to the table and put in some real work. Then they usually say some shit about going back on gear and it takes a lot for me not to slap them.............. EAT TO GROW.
