I don't know what to do. I know I gave my .02 to someone a couple of weeks ago saying to stay off next cycle until his wrist problem was gone. I wish I could follow my same advice, but I twisted my wrist my first week on my current cycle. Since then my shoulder and knee have taken a shit also. All on my left side- my weaker side. I have taken time off, taken every joint support available, tried to wrap my wrist before I lift. Nothing is working. I feel like if I take Aleve I feel a little better. Should I take that from here on out? I really don't want to stop this cycle, but Everything seems to be getting worse. Any advice.

I think you know what you need to do.

Remember you can really only run 2 x 12week cycles a yr... hit reset and try later. I know its disappointing but running a cycle while all beat up is stupid

That was me! wrist is getting better slowly! I am REALLY anxious to start this bulk though.

Anavar (var) 5-14+
I think he is saying that he is going to take the Anavar (var) for weeks 5 through 14 and then maybe more. Which is kind of a long time.

Take the time off man, I have done the same thing but with my shoulder. I screwed it up even more as the cycle progress and didn't see much gains because I couldn't focus, most of my attention was going towards my shoulder..Wait a little bit to heal properly and then really go after it. I ran a Test P 150mg/EOD + Deca 200mg/wk Cycle after a lot of recovery and it actually made my shoulder feel a lot better.

stop eating so much pizza and pasta! kidding
keep it light and moderate bro, maybe lifting way to heavy and causing more harm then good
i dunno what to say about your damn joints bro seems like your gettin broken down like an old man brotha
i would say if planning a next cycle try adding some deca to the cycle and see if that help lube the joints
goodluck to ya bro
Also too, when i work on my bicep now i always wear a wrist support, as my wrist bothered me when i was curling, all better now bro!

LOL I sure do miss pizza and pasta. Sucks I have deca ready to go for next cycle. Thought about throwing it in on this one a couple of weeks ago to try to help joints out. Now I guess its too late.

don't waste your money on aleve either, buy generic naproxen, same 220mg in both, that's it,you just pay more for the name brand.

I'd also drop the dbol, unless it doesn't give you joint pain. Last time I ran it I had to stop after 3 weeks, it does put a lot of size on though.

Time off is best prescribed medicine. I've never done it personally, too much of a rockhead.

Totally reboot your training with less weights, rest pause and half/hold/reps. I'll use embarrassing light weights in this style: 10 super slow reps: top of movenemt to midway, hold and back to top(never lockout). Now 10 reps from bottom of movement to midway, slow and controlled until you want to give up and now do 10 more reps FULL RANGE. This is 30 rep set with 30% of weight you typically uses, but MAKE it burn!! Check the sore muscles from that next day or two.

If going 30% lighter doesn't work (this has kept me in the gym for many years) then you have a problem that needs rest.

There he is. Hey boss what are you doing with that wrist. Can you still lift with it?
Well, I can still lift... Just not very well. I was being an idiot yesterday working on chest. Did BB Bench and failed with no spot. Then got PISSED cuz none of the assholes at my gym offered a hand. But I did arms the day before that with minimal pain. Seems like when I work it, it is okay until the next day.

Time off is probably needed.. But I need to get into a caloric surplus as I think it may help me heal quicker. Anyway... good luck bro. Also, many people say deca helps joint pain. but I won't speak on that, because I have not ever used it.

like many already said, take time off til it doesnt hurt. ice & heat your pain spots back n forth for an hour a day until u r pain free. what i used to do was head to the jacuzzi @my gym with a frozen water bottle, peel off the plastic & ice my knee til it was red and the pain from the cold went away then hop into the water & repeat til the ice melted (dont bring the ice in the jacuzzi) your not in the clear once it stops hurting, as it will feel better within a week or 2. once u are pain free start hitting the weights again but lower weight that routine that crazyfmike gave u is exactly what u should do w/an injury. always stretch & warmup. add deca to your cycle, its awesome for joint pain also take glucosamine.
