alright guys, 2 weeks in

okay, so tomorrow will be the 15th day on sust 300, twice a week. 600mg sust and 50mg dbol. tomorrow is beginning of week three.. im up 7 pounds, which is what i gained in the first week.. which is water from the dbol... my question is, when am i going to look like im on gear, lol pumps in the gym are getting nice, strength is up, im thinking this is all from the dbol... sust kick in soon?

at 6 foot and 187 pounds you will start to look like your on gear when you start eating enough. steroids are useless without nutrients.

man my diet is alright im pretty sure, only thing that might be wrong with it is i incorporate alot of junk food, wendys, chick fa la, dominos pizza.. but none the less still protein and carbs about 500 cals above maitnence which is around 2200
 
All the junk food can still hold you back. Your diet is probably more important than the gear in terms of gaining muscle.

More calories, more protein

I sincerely doubt your maintenance is 2200. 2200 is closer to BMR for someone your age/weight/height.

Eat more.
