Last night i was doing nose breakers with 175 ( heavier than i have ever gone) and i have this habit of picking my head up off the bench when i do these, well i was squeezing so hard on my last forced rep that i pulled every fucking muscle in my neck and upper back. So it is safe to say if anyone else does this, to please try and correct it, because i am in a great level of disconfort.
