always keep your head down

Last night i was doing nose breakers with 175 ( heavier than i have ever gone) and i have this habit of picking my head up off the bench when i do these, well i was squeezing so hard on my last forced rep that i pulled every fucking muscle in my neck and upper back. So it is safe to say if anyone else does this, to please try and correct it, because i am in a great level of disconfort.
 
Sorry to hear that big man... will you be out of the gym much this week as of that mishap ? or will you TRY to work around it ??

i should be ok, i am off today, i will see how i feel tomorrow, i hate when something happens though, and i know it is my own fault.

i am gonna do skullies today..... I'll be sure to keep in check !
 
i tend to do this on bench sometimes. just my head off the pad. but when i notice it i try to correct it
 
Yep, always have to keep that spine rounded. I go behind my head with them, I dont take them to my face.
