I am 36 years old who lifts weights and does Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Lately I get more sore than ever from my work outs and have some nagging injuries.

I am looking to do some test cypionate, I already have a source. I have never done steroids before. I am looking to go conservative om my first test cycle.

I have some total novice questions

I am going to buy online 5ml(250mg/ml) Does this mean a 5 week supply of 250 mg a week?

How many times to inject a week?

How many mg's should I do for more energy and better recovery? Dont care much about putting on muscle.

What type of needles should I get?

Is cypionate a good testosterone for a beginner

Should I get something else after my cycle so my natural production doesn't get fucked? I heard arimedex. How much should I order?

We're io inject it?

How do I know how much I am injecting?

If any one could help I would really appreciate it.

dude. take your time and read around this forum. start with the stickies. there are so many holes in what you just said that i don't even know where to start. for starters you need to learn how to construct a propper PCT... don't even think about starting gear until you understand that aspect. AAS can help with muscle recovery, but they can actually increase your chances of injury. www.spotinjections.com gives a good visual overview of injection best practices. take your time and ask more specific questions on the forum once you learn a little.

Thanks, I will look to research a little more.

What is your exact goals?? Are you wanting to do gear for at least 3-5 years???? Some more info please

My exact goals would be to to take it for 3 months out of the year, and during these 3 months train bjj very hard. Will most likely do it during competition training. I would like to do it more for recovery and energy. If my lifts get stronger that is a bonus, but don't care about muscle.
