No. Sources tend to have all sorts of random shit laying around bc of the way they do business. Comes with the territory.

Bro, im sure there is nothing wrong with your amps. Just as stated before sources tend to have random shit around, he probably had 10-40 amps of the iranians so putting it on his list wouldnt be necessary since only 1 person would be able to buy it.

and as drk diggler said, it is very easy to snap the amps with your bare hands, no glass splitter when i do it.

I just score them with a steak knife around the neck and snap them with the thumb. Usually don't even use the knife, just snap them off. Never had one break on me. Just get the amp opener and be done with it, I wouldnt feel like going through the shit of having gear in transit more than it has to be.

Jar...its a catch 22. Its the first time using this source and you have reason to be nervous for that alone. Throw in the fact that you got something totally different than you ordered on top of not having that replacement on his list and I can empathize with you. I would be suspect too!

However, he may be straight up and the HG is the real deal, and thus perhaps better than the UGL you ordered. The fact its not on his list may mean he got the Iranians on trade from someone. He admits to his mistake though, which is cool, and is willing to correct it. I had the same thing happen with me in reverse...I ordered HG and got UGL (IP!!!!) and my "new" source did NOT make good on it...I never used him again!

You are not being a dick...unless you are rude and unprofessional to him. You have every right to receive what you ordered, just be polite and gracious if you return the HG, and return it fast!

he is sending the ugl also, i have been completly professional because i know that a lot of sources talk to each and plus there is no reason to be an asshole about things and in my experience i have always been very nice and professional and it has always worked out in my favor
