Primary. While textbook cases are a bit higher in the LH department, your pituitary is screaming for more testosterone. How long do you think you've had low T?

I was told that the longer you're primary, eventually the pituitary stops putting out a massive dose of LH, in my case - I was right about where you're at - but a lower testosterone level.
