Alright guys
For 6 wks I ran 2 different prohormones
M1,4add dbol clone 3wks
Methadrol extreme with e-control 3wks
Now I'm post cycling with clomid from rui

I wasn't feeling the m1 so I ditched it and jumped on the methadrol was kind of weak as well with all that damage to the liver and not so much results might as well jump on the real deal
My first cycle I wanted to do test and maybe even throw dbol In it but more than likely just test with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and post cycle with novalex
Should I wait to be done post cycling of my last ph before I run this or am I ok
My diet is in check I stick with it about 95-100%
21yrs 5'9 175 lbs been lifting since 13 but got serious with training and diet almost year
now, please give feedback
 
I think you should look into your diet a little more buddy. You don't really need roids yet but I'm young too and I know you're gonna do whatever you want to and not gonna take some of the advice you get here....so anyway if you're gonna do it go with Test 400-600mg/Week split into two shots. Either test E Or C for 10-12 weeks. For pct go with nolva and clomid.


weeks 1-4 clomid @ 50mg ed

weeks 1-2 Nolvadex @ 40mg e

weeks 3-4 Nolvadex @ 20mg ed

You could add some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) if you want but it's not really needed for this cycle....BUT REALLY MAN LOOK INTO YOUR DIET.
 
I would wait till you are completely off of everything for a while before you jump on. And stick with a test only first real cycle... test the waters first
 
fist thing i would say is get blood work.. this is the most important aspect of cycling.. u need to know where u are and to know if u are fully recovered..

second.. pro hormones are garbage IMO..the real shit is alot safer

third.. i would say wait till u are like 24 years old.. seems to be the norm age recommendation around here

your a buck seventy five all you need right now is food.. go get in touch with 3j the mod in the diet section he can put at least 15 pounds on you easy without the use of supps or gear...you just need to eat right and train hard i strongly recommend you go talk to him, im a client my self and i have never been happier....

two things here
first.. two many shakes,, they should be post workout only real unless u take a caseen shake before bed.. also that before bed shake id drop to 2 scoops

second, if your macros are correct that is 1884 cals u are taking in... bro u need to add 1k more cals at min... i dont know how u are not loosing weight

try to get on a 40/40/20 diet
that breaks down to on a 3k call diet
fat 66.6 grams
carbs 300
pro 300

You're not actually EATING a lot. You're drinking too many shakes as four pointed out. Eat real food. Replace your shakes with lean protein sources. Chicken, fish, bison, etc.
