no strength gain either or not much at least i am eating pretty healthy which is why i am wondering if it is because i have used tren and test prop and equpoise by themselves and had alot more nights sweats and acne not really but less sex drive. weird maybe i am older too so dont know.
i am trying to lose my gut and my fat face lol, i am eating usually like this.
morning:5 egg whites and oatmeal
snaclk three hours later: 2 scoops of solid muscle protein with banana and carrots water.
lunch: chicken breast ceasar salad or salmon with legumes
snack: tuna wrap
dinner:tilapia with legumes or black beans. i am hispanic tought without them beans lol.
workout
post workout shake 2 scoops of solid muscle.
