Amines 1st Time!

Hey, I am 33. I have been wanting to get in shape for a while. I have always been in pretty good shape but never toned with muscles. I have never worked out until 4 months ago. I go to the gym for an hour and half 5 days a week. I start with stretching then 45 minutes of hard card, machines for butt,stomach(my target areas)arms & legs. I have been doing weights for about a month and a half. I am seeing muscle now but I want a boost for cutting and toning! I know slot of anabolic users and Anavar after thier suggestion and my research seems to be my next step. I know I should only take 5mgs a day starting out. I am wondering if anyone here could lay me out a cycle/diet plan. I am a woman 33. I weigh 127 lbs. Thanks in advance for any input.

Your profile threw me off at 1st because the gender is male. Even though you will get some good advice here, I suggest posting this question in the women's section. The reason for this is there are many ladies who have first hand experience with var and can better tell you details about it and what to expect.

I can say I do beleive you start out at 5mgs a day and I beleive you run it for 6 weeks. Any more information I know about Var applies to a man. GL but you won't need it!! We have excellent members here and one of those girls will be more than happy to help you along.
