An update on my prop cycle..

Well, I'm about 5 weeks into my 125mg EOD prop cycle.. Just thought I'd give an update.

When I actually started the cycle I was about 226-227. Although I had just dropped to that about a week earlier from 234.. So technically my starting weight was 226, and now I am up to a steady 238.. So 5 weeks, 12lbs - pretty good; but its more like 6-7lbs since I dropped to that weight.

Anyway, I as strong as I've even been, and the gains are comin steady with no signs of slowing. I've decided to continue until 8 weeks instead of the previously decided 6.. I'm trying to get up to about 245-250 (wishful thinking) and then try to get up to around 255 by mid august.

We'll see what happens..
 
Make sure to adjust you diet as you put on more mass.

The more mass you gain means you will need to eat more in order to keep growing.

Oh shit that slipped my mind... Thanks for the reminder.

BTW - I've been getting about 4600-5000 cals so far...
 
nice work bro...im the opposite of you! im 4 weeks in 150mg eod prop, lost 14 lbs, dropped 4% bf% (18% to 14%) with pleasing strength gains :)... wanna drop another 3-6% bf%, but not lose as much weight, tough work ahead of me....gotta tweak my diet up a notch next 6 weeks....
