Does any one have experience with this "anabolic diet" it seems to good to be true. I did some research and it claims to burn fat at the same time builds lean muscle but it seams like the atkins bullshit. Im just finishing a bulking cycle Stenadrol 10(2,17aDimethyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-androst-1-en-3-1) 10mg twice a day I have my post cycle therapy (pct) and liver support in check and my diet is about 3000 cal intake (300g protein/100g carbs). After my post cycle therapy (pct) I wanna start to cut but I dont wanna lose my gains.

Lift heavy for lower reps. Can't see how your diet is only 100gr carbs and 300 protein at 3500. Unless your fat is extreamly high. On a bulk I drop about 500 cal under what I've been eating, drop carbs only. Switch to a 5x5 or something for 6 weeks. This is at the begining of p.c.t. you will lose a little, maybe more than you like. P.h,s and juice are like 2 steps forward 1 back. Just accept it and don't stress. Give your body a reason to keep it and include an anti cortisol, like lean extreame. That's what I do. Hope it helps. Is like to hear others speak up though.

I would recommend using Bridge after PCT it will keep your natural test levels high and allow you to maintain more lean mass and lose more fat if not gain lean mass depending on your training. Pretty much the reason people lose gains is they rely on the PH/AAS too much and do not use proper training methods or eat enough, I literally see it all the time at work. If you train hard and eat enough, CONTINUE the same off and you'll be all set but Bridge would make it a lot easier!
