Anavar and Arimidex Cycle

Sounds like you didnt do much research at all or you just dnt understand any info you read. These guys just made a cycle and post cycle therapy (pct) for you. Your lucky no research needed

Test does have high water retention but the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will keep the bloat down. How do you know your probe to gyno? Get aromasin and run it at 12.5 ed. If your really probe grab some letro just in case you get it.

Believe it or not I actually did alot of research but there are so many conflicting theories out there and not really knowing before starting to read can get overwhelming. Never the less Test E along with Aromasin or Letro and the post cycle therapy (pct) a week after last shot consisting of HCG, Clomid and Nolva. That's what I understood from this thread. If you start off not knowing much and you start Googling you'll get a mass of contradictory info.

Pct two weeks after last test shot start clomid at 50 mg everyday for 4 weeks. Run aromasin throughout your cycle and pct at 12.5 mg everyday. Have letro on hand just incase you get gyno.

I really appreciate all the feedback and I've modified my cycle to look like this:

Milk Thistle: 2weeks prior cycle: ending post post cycle therapy (pct)
Test E: 250mg every 4 days....weeks 1-10
Aromasin: 12.5/25mg/day...........weeks 1-11
Finesteride 1mg/day....................weeks/ indefinite
HCG: ? Not sure.........weeks 7-9
Clomid: 50mg/day..................weeks 12-16
Nolvadex: 20mg/day..................weeks 12-16

I read a 10 cycle week should suffice. I read that the transition from Aromasin to Nolvadex shouldn't be a problem.If I don't get the HCG would that change anything in this cycle? Any feedback is apprecieted

Nope remember you don't wanna lose to much estro it will kill your libido and will mess your Dick up. So keep that in mind gyno prone or not

i got some anavar yesterday,and the pills are small and yellow in a small white bottle with a dog on the label.anyone ever had this kind?

Thank you, but I don't want to run anything beyond 8 weeks and I want Arimidex bc I don't want any gyno. I am prone to it. What would be a good post cycle therapy (pct)? I heard Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is more effective than Clomid. So I'm not going with Clomid. Wouldn't the Arimidex be a good substitute for Nolvadex?

If you are prone to gyno. I would keep the Test just at a replacement dosage of 1 shot every 8 days @250 with 40mg Anavar.

My mantra is moderation.

Anavar works pretty well - I did 20mg for 8 weeks alongside T/E. 40mg as you already decided to do is even better with a lower dosage of test IMHO. You are looking for 5lb - that should you be easily attained.

Looks good. If you can - throw in 500mg test wkly or at least 250mg wkly to keep above baseline. For my current cycle, i'm using the latter approach 250mg e8th day.

No need for Aromatase inhibitor (AI). You will be shutdown regardless. And that's not why it's used. More to do with keeping water and estrogen levels in check. Furthermore, when i did Anavar (var) it cut down water retention and the T/E puffy look. Hence, my advice only use it for hard and heavy cycles if needed. Even those who use Nolva throughout cycle - it affects their IGF levels. I used Nolva only sparingly when i had signs of gyno and for post cycle therapy (pct).

Dosage looks good - however i would go minimum 6 weeks (preferably 8 weeks). As it really only builds up by day 10-14. So you want to let it work for at least another 4 weeks. I've used 30mg dbol on this cycle - i liked Anavar (var) @20mg much better. Next time looking to up near your level - 50mg.

It's a fairly mild cycle - Nolva alone will suffice. That's what i did for post cycle therapy (pct), albeit a little too short - that was a mistake on my part. However, what i gained in terms of strength and LBM - i didn't feel i lost anything other than the extra water weight gained from the T/E. So for post cycle therapy (pct) - go for 3 weeks.
