Anavar & Clen improvements

Hi there I have started a anavar clen cycle and wonder if I can improve in any areas to gain better results.

I am 24 5"10 female 165lbs have been at a good weight/size for sometime. I began my training seen below 5/6 months ago and decided to start with anavar & clen to cut/define my figure. I want a tonedathletic/muscular look with out being too manly of course.

My training consists of 5/6 days per week including tuesdays & thursdays weight training, mondays, wednesdays, fridays & saturdays I carry out various cardio(jogging/spinning/circuit training) and other body toning/balance excercise including squat, lunges, press ups , abs classes etc... I rest on Sundays

My diet is good trying to follow 40% protien, 40% complex carbs & 20% fat no sugary treats as such. I am finding eating every 2 hours tough but I am trying my best. Probably eat 1400-1600 calories per day currently.

Should I be lifting more weights or is twice per week sufficient along with body toning excercises?

Any tips or advice to reach my goal? and do the shakes off clen wear off? Im only into day 2 though!

Clen = 20mg per day increased every 3 days and decreased back to 40mg within 3 weeks then 3 weeks off
Anavar = 5mg per day for 10 days, then 10mg per day until complete 6 week cycle.

Supplementing with milk thistle, omega 3 & taurine

Based on what u posted u are currently not eating enough.. Your TDEE (total daily expenditure) is around 2,324 so u should go 300-500 calories under this if trying to lose weight... so u should be eating around 1,860 calories.. if u go drastically below this amount yes, u will see weight loss at first, but by not feeding your body the required amount of nutrients it needs, you body will start to break down your muscles to find more energy and your metabolism will slow down.
So u should up your calories a bit...

As far as your workouts go, I would lift at least 3-4 times a week, weight training has many advantages.. You won't "bulk" up, women don't have the testosterone needed for that to happen..Weight lifting will help u gain muscle and burn fat.. the more muscle u have the faster your metabolism will work and the more fat you'll burn.
You can include the body weight excercises to your routine, I do..
I'm a big fan of body weight excercises I think they are very effective & convenient.
I also love curcuit training, it's a fun way of doing cardio..

I don't think running clen & Anavar (var) is what u need right now, I'm not a fan of clen... the risk and sides are not worth it's use IMO and clen is pretty useless unless your bf is low... Anavar (var) , is not a "fat burner" it's only an aid if the right diet/training are in place... but be ready to hold on to water & put on weight..

I think u should focus on dieting/training with these two factors in place you can achieve your goals...
