Hi all,
I'm a 24 year old female. 5'3" and 135 pounds. I just picked up Clenbuterol and Anavar and this will be my first time ever taking them.
I'm thinking of taking 10mg of Anavar once every other day, and a quarter of a milligram of Clenbuterol every day. Is that a good idea?
Also, will this amount cause acne, enlarged clit, or any other side effects? Or is it a pretty safe dosage?
I'm thinking I will do 30-40 minutes of pilates every day, and go for 30-45 minute walks each day, with weight lifting a couple times per week. Is this good? Of course my diet will be healthy.
Oh, I'm also on Celexa/Citalopram (an anti depressant and anxiety controller). I take a very low dosage of that. Is this okay or will I have bad interactions?

Clen/Anavar is my favorite cycle... however you have some issues going on with your cycle. First what is your goal(s) (ie: lose fat, build lean muscle, etc). Second, you should figure out how long you want to cycle for, 6-8 weeks is a good cycle length for var. Third, anavar has a half life of 8 hours - so you should be taking it everyday, optimal is 2 times a day (5 mg in the am/when you awake and 5 mg in the pm/afternoon). You should also start off with only 5 mg of anavar for the first week to see how your body adjusts to this new drug. Next, clenbuterol should be done in 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycles - you should also taper clen at least up, if not up and down. A good Clen cycle is as follows:
Day 1-2: 20 mg clen
Day 3-4: 40 mg clen
Day 5-6: 60 mg Clen
Day 7-12: 80 mg clen
Day 13: 60 mg
Day 14: 40 mg
You should take 2 weeks off so that the beta 2 recepters can go back to normal, as it causes this drug to become ineffective if taking for long periods.
A good possible cycle FIRST for the 2 is:
Week 1: Var 5mg
Week 2: Var 10mg
Week 3-4: Clen / Var 10mg
Week 5-6: Var 10mg
Week 7-8: Clen / Var 10mg
The var is added slowly to see your reaction to it and the 2 drugs are never added at the same time as you do not know how your body will react to them. In the off weeks of Clen is it good to do another fat burner, either OT, Forged Burner from NTBM, or ECA Stack are good possibilities.
In addition, you should be taking your body temperature daily. Clen should be raising your body temperature (some other fat burners do as well). If you do not notice your temperature increasing, and other side effects (being shakey, increased sweating, etc....) then your clen is prolly not real.
In addition, you should know all the side effects of Var and Clen before starting the cycle.
Var can have cause englarded clit, increased facial hair growth, voice deepening (which can be permanant), increased libido, acne, etc.... - At a low dosage of 10 mg these side effects are usually mild if present at all, but there is still the chance.
In addition, Clen can have some serious negative effects on people - especially if abused. It's is a horse asthma medication so it's very potent. You should alway taper up your dosage (usually in 20 mg increments since most pills come in that dosage). You can take the 20 mg at separate times throughout the day, but dont take the any after 2-4pm as this will make it hard for you to sleep. Never increase the dosage until the side effects are tolerable and you think you can handle more.
The anti depressent/anxiety pills will not interfer, but I will note that Clen and Var (mostly clen) can increase anxiety level, so if you are prone to anxiety you should be very careful.
Also in regards to your diet and work out I would suggest you DO NOT start a cycle until you have your diet and work out routines perfected, this may take several years. You may want to post in the diet section what you are currently eating so that other users can tweak your diet to better get you the results you want. As for your working out, until I know what you are actually doing doing everyday it's hard to gage. From what you said it seems you are working out 7 days a week, if this is correct you should look into making at least one day your rest day for your muscles to repair/rebuild.
Also, how long have you been training? You are still very young, and can prolly benefit greatly from some advice on your training and diet before starting a cycle.... It can be more dangerous and less effective to take anything of Var and Clens magnitude without knowing all the information, taking necessary precautions, and having the right training and diet.
