*Anavar Cycle- Info, PCT, Guidance Needed.

Hey so I have decided on an Anavar only cycle before the summer and for off-season training. I would like guidance on dosage, scheduled dosage times, Post-cycle therapy aswell as any supplements suggested. I have the access to really anything I need, I am pretty confident with an all anavar cycle even with the skeptics out there. My goals are 5-10 keepable Lbs, gain some much needed strength after my last dislocation. and cut my BF down to around 10-12% from 14.

205-210 Lbs.
24 Yrs.
Training: 8 Yrs.
Sports: Rowing(Varsity U) , Football (Club).
Injuries: Dislocated Shoulder 2x


Max Bench: 250
Max Squat: 320
Clean+Press: 200 x 5
Deadlift: 264 x6

Currently Training 2 days on 1 off.
Plus Crossfit training 3x a week

Cardio: Rowing, Erg, Bike, and Running. Usually an hour a day.

Any Guidance or advice its all good.

Just so you know Anavar (var) isnt going to do anything for you if your diet and training isnt in check! you need to get some test in there too even if its 250mg a week..PCT can be clomid at 100/50/50/50 or nolva at 40.40.20.20... or clomid and nolva clomid at 50/50/50/50 and nolva at 20/20/20/20
 
Diet

My Diet is pretty solid, as I said I Row for University and our meals are planned. Usual

Breakfast-4-5 Egg whites, 3 pieces of rye bread, 50 Gram Protein shake, tri Glutamine complex EOD.

Everything else Anavar (var) ies but I get a minimum of 200grams protein in a day. Quite a few Carbs but I burn them with a ton of cardio. I think my training is pretty well rounded but could use some fine tuning for sure.

I am not opposed to Test or pins by any means. The Anavar (var) just has the min side effects, as my hairline has enough to worry about and I had bad skin when I was younger.

I have access to pretty good Sust. or anything really, Dbol to HGH. I was considering something like...

Week 1-12-Sust 350 mg
Week 1-4 Anavar (var) 30mg
Week 5-8 Anavar (var) 50 Mg
Week 12-PCT? Nova?

The other 2 cycles I have done were administered by a trainer. I didn't even pin myself.

You will need to run test with the ana Anavar (var) . i would suggest a dose of 400mg Test Enanthate for 10 weeks.

EG-

WEEK 1-10 Test Enanthate 400mg PW ( 1 shot of 200mg twice a week on Mon and Thu )
WEEK 6-12 Ana Anavar (var) 40-60mg ED ( Anavar (var) is a great bridge into post cycle therapy (pct) )
WEEK 12-14 Nolvadex 40mg ED
WEEK 14-16 Nolvadex 20mg ED

If you have your diet in check this will give you great results, you will not turn into the hulk with this, lol, but should be able to put on some quality muscle and cut up.
 
yea test e is great to run with it, however if you were to do an only anavar i would go for a 50mg ED for 6 weeks while taking creatine and flax oil also milk thistle during.
