so, i'm considering this as my first anavar cycle. I 'll be using only var. i like to see how things work for me alone before i stack them with anything else. the goal of this var cycle is to cut some of the chubs and gain some xtra muscle and definition before the old summer pool season. i heard var can help with these two goals, so i figured wtf not try it. i can be sensitive to side effects of pretty much any drug lately so i've decided to do a pyramid with the var just to see what happens as i go up in dose. please leave your comments as well as any suggestions. if you think i should be dosing different, let me know. p.s. i hate clen and ephedrine makes my head spin. I do cardio and weight train 4-5 days a week
I'm dosing based on .2mg / lb of bodyweight as recommended by bigcat on bodybuiling.co (could be bs rec. or maybe it's legit, let me know)
5'9'' 173lbs 13-15% bf
wk1 - 20mg/d
wk2 - 30mg/d
wk3 - 40mg/d
wk4-wk8 - 50mg/d
wk9 - 40mg/d
wk10 - 30mg/d
wk11 - 20mg/d
i will have a total of 300 10mg tabs. If you guys think there is a better way to get the results with these let me know
