Anavar diet/training advice wanted...

Hi all...

Providing I can get my hands on some...I'm wanting 2 run a cycle of anavar in the new year...I'm wanting to keep it simple so thinking of the following...

13 week cycle tapering from 5mg per day to a max of 20mg depending on how things go...with a taper back down to 5mg on the last week.

Running milk thistle & flax throughout the cycle & St Johns Wort during the last week.

However, what would you recommend diet and training wise?

Just briefly...29 yr old female/119lbs @ 5f 3...I currently consume 3000 clean cals per day but I've lost weight recently so will be upping this. Ideally I am aiming for 126lbs.

Training is 6 days per week. 4 days I do 1 hour cardio am before breakfast & then lift for an hour or more on the evening...the remaining 2 days I only do 30 mins cardio after lifting in the pm because I do a physical job!

Firstly...how does the cycle sound? Secondly...what would you recommend training and diet wise? Up cals? Up cardio? Oh...I'm currently running the ECA stack...should I continue running this?
