Anavar Diet

What kind of diet should I be on if I am taking Anavar for the first time?
I am 30
weight 118
5'4
18% bf.,,a little high due to having a child 3 months ago

I heard I need to be on a low calorie diet? what about carbs and fat?

Also what is a good stacker with anavar......To tone up belly area, which i know it is not a fat burner but helps.
Build some muscle but I do not want to look like a guy,

First off congrats on the baby :)
Your right, ana Anavar (var) is not a fat burner & remember that fatloss is a full body occurrence, so that means no spot reduction in fat from any steroid or compound... Ana Anavar (var) won't really help u "tone" up or lose the belly area... If you have fat around yoru abdomen diet/Workout intensity is what will help you lose fat...


Ana Anavar (var) with the right diet/training aids in promoting lean muscle mass... most women report having water retention/ bloatness while on Anavar (var) , so the number on the scale actually goes up not down while on Anavar (var) ..
My honest advise if what your looking to do is mainly "lose fat" is to focus on your diet & training rather than Anavar (var) at the moment.. You just had a baby 3 months ago, so your body hasn't fully even recovered yet..

As far as diet goes, there's really no "special" diet on cycle or off, your diet has to be tweaked based on your goals...
Based on your stats & assuming u do (moderate excercises)if you wanted to maintain your current weight you should be eating around (2048) calories, in order to lose weight/fat u want to go 300-500 calories below this..

How do your workouts look like ? Are you lifting weights ?
You mentioned u don't want to look "bulky" or "manly", but trust me, lifting won't make any girl look "manly" or "bulky" because we simply don't have the testosterone needed for this ...
Lifting will help u build muscle mass & get tighter muscles, tone up your body..
At your weight I would really focus on a good high intensity cardio and training routine, I'm sure this with a good diet will give you the results yoru looking for.

Op, at 18% body fat that is very low for a woman especially if you had your baby about 3 months ago. Either the reading was wrong or you have unrealistic expectations for your body because 3 months post baby, trust me that is good. That is good any day of the week!!

I work out 5 days a week. I lift as heavy as I can to help gain some muscle and do cardio to stay fit and lean. I change up my routine a lot on the cardio. I don't do too much cardio since I want to keep my weight up. It is just so hard for me to keep muscle though. I lift as heavy as I can and do about 4 sets of 8 or 10.
I actually did 5 sets of 10 the other day as heavy as I could go. My metabolism seems so fat that even when I don't work out a day or two my muscles feel smaller again.
 
Thank You detour5. Honestly I worked out so hard. I did a cleanse a month after having the baby to clean the out all the toxins and get ready to intake nutrients. I kind of over did my workout a bit to get back in shape but have no regrets.
I actually still have not started Anavar (var). I will be starting in a few days. Very excited about it :)

I am looking at taking milk thistle and liv52 with the Anavar (var).

Is there anything else you would recommend for me to take to stay healthy. Also how long should I cycle for? I was thinking 8 weeks to 9 weeks? Then how long should I break for before I start another cycle?
Is there anything over the counter....supplement or pro hormone I could stack with Anavar (var) to get better results? maybe a fat burner? I know some people are against pro hormones but they have done well for me in the past.

How effective the use of fat burners really are depends a lot on how you use them in conjunction with your training program and diet.... Most of the fat burners available on the market today pretty much contain the same ingredients..
I don't use any fat burners, so I can't really recommend one for u...

As far running an anavar cycle, cycles can be 8-12 weeks, & u should take "off" as long as u are "on" a cycle before starting a new cycle..it is recommended that you taper yourself off on the tail end of the cycle. By doing this you set your system up to recover itself with out any huge increase in estrogen....

I don't have any personal experience with pro-hormones..
I say start with var, as long as your diet & training are spot on & take it from there.

One more question
So everyone says your first cycle you should take 5 mg a day. in halves. 2.5 morning and 2.5 in evening.
Well mine are actually 50mg. All I could get my hands on :(
I can only cut them into 4. meaning they are 6.25. then cut them again to 3.12
so I would be taking 6.25 a day instead of 5mg. Do u think this will be ok for me and do you think I will get good results from it?

It's always better to start off low and monitor how your body reacts, but, going 1.25mg over isn't going to make much difference..
As far as what results to expect, that really depends on other factors like your diet/training..
You'll experience strength gains & with the right diet/training var aids in building lean muscle mass, most women do experience bloating which usually subsides short after finishing yoru cycle.
 
So the Anavar worked out great for me! I am so happy with my results. Except one thing.....I started noticing a lot of hair loss these past 2 weeks. What can I do to fix this or what can cause this? It is bad enough to where I think I might get off early.
