anavar ip 45??

Hi, i just bought some (supposedly) anavar. as you can see they are small, round, light blue and say IP/45. i was also told that they are 45mg. Could anyone please confirm these? (please dont be winstrol ) oh, and sorry about the poor picture quality, i only had a webcam to use.

I think its winstrol ,im not sure but i think his var is 25mg at the most
