Hey guys and gals.. just needed some help to get the most of a 4-5 week cycle of anavar im running to cut some fat off. What can i do to maximize results, as far as cardio goes.. i dont want to lose the little muscle i've gained i want to burn fat just far and by the pounds, want to vacularize and im pretty motivated right now. I've always heard that walking or low intensity cardio is best for over 45 mins? I need all the help i could get. I'm taking protein before and after my workouts, cut out all sorts of carbs after 5 pm, eating lots of vegetables, chicken, meat, fish.. fish oils and vitamin supps.. I've lost or 12 lbs in about two months.. I just wanna burn all the fat i could burn to get shredded. Thanks for your advice and help guys.
