my wife is looking to drop about 15 pounds and wanted me to find her a protocol to assist in this goal. First some background. She is 130 lbs 5'8" tall. Im not entirely sure of her bodyfat. She doesnt have alot of energy despite supplements and vitamins that i try to assist her in. She has had back sureries and has chronic back pain. So an intensive workout routine is out of the question though i get her to workout with mild weight 3 times a week in hopes that strengthening her back and core muscles will lead to less pain. Just felt like i needed to throw that out there to show that something to asssit in weight loss is needed cuase she aint gonna be busting ass in gym 5 days a week without severly hurting herself.
So I thought a protocol of: 3wks of 25 to 50mg of t3 ed split dose/ 3wk off / 3wks of 25 to 50mg of t3 split
8wks of 20mg anavar ed
My question is if 20mg of anavar is enough to prevent catabolism in women. And if i added albuterol 2mg 3X a day would it further assist fat loss and help with the catabolism.
I goal for my wife is to strengthen her muscles and live healthier through exercise. The only reason i care about her weight loss is less bf means less weight on her back.
Also if say less anavar would prevent catabolism then would taking it to 20 be enough to strengthen her muscles while she loses fat?
