Ok so im a road cyclist and have been riding for 6 years. I recently got moved up to A grade racing criterium and im getting absolutely hammered. I can finish a race but no way will i ever win it at this rate. I find it's my legs that don't have enough time to recover between races and intense training days, even with 3 rest days a week my legs are still cooked. I have an impecable diet so i know that my protein, carb and fat levels are extremely sufficient and have had blood work and my results came back good - everything was average. One of my friends got a hold of these andriol testacaps and told me to take them - theyre 40mg tablets. I was wondering, can these be used for pure recovery purposes only? I have heard of cyclists using this before but im not too sure about it. How much would i take if i just wanted to recover quicker. I DON'T WANT TO BULK UP. Putting on weight will be bad so i wouldn't take alot obviously. So would 2-3 caps after intense training be sufficient? Would i cycle it like normal steroids if i was only taking smaller amouts? (Would i need to include a pct) and would small doses shut down my natural testosterone levels?
