Andromass write up

I guess the wetness of the steroid is dependent upon the diet.

This, imo, is true in many situations.

Hts, have you noticed anything such as increased appetite, oily temples etc..?

Hunger is way up, actually what is causing me to forcibly control what I am eating. Oil is up, seem pretty prone to it since the oral turinabol had it up as well. As for other androgenic sides, I am having a bit of acne flairup on the thighs, but I am insanely prone to it. Strength certainly on the rise.

Eat man, just keep it clean

As of today, I am on Day 12. I am completely off Oral Turinabol (Sunday was last day), so it certainly is the Mass.

I am still eating healthy. OT gave me a bit of a rise in hunger, but once it was dropped (as with methyls) and Mass was in force, hunger drove way up. Im eating heavy, the challenge is meeting the hunger cleanly.

As a side note, I finally gave up on the shitty scale at my gym, which would fluctuate tremendously, so I bought myself one for the house, which should keep weight gain/lost a bit more accurate. For the record, I am about 204 today.

Sweet, your getting me amped up and tempted to start my Andromass. I think I should get a scale for my home as well, good call.

Nice, gotta feel good!

easy there......a slow, long ass cut is in the cards for you

your weight, back, and knees are telling you so

you should use hard/lean for 10-12wks

Goodgrip, I agree with djm. Forget about even priming, it will do you much good to be as lean as possible before bulking, you are in a sticky situation. You can continue to be big and slowly cut/bulk/cut/bulk and go down to a goal weight that way, or you can continue to do a slow cut for atleast 6 months, if not a full 12 months, and reveal the muscle underneath. It is much easy to cut weight when you are plus 20% bf rather than sub 15% and worried about losing muscle. Also coming from someone who has always been lean and trying to bulk, it is much harder, imo, to cut. So get it out of the way now so you can lean bulk for the rest of your life lol.

I did a slow, and I mean sloooooowwww, recomp/cut in '08 when I was trying to drop from welterweight to lightweight that took almost 6 months to get where I wanted. I more or less ate at maintenance or slightly above and did cardio 4-5 times per week while doing low volume, high intensity lifts. At the end, I ended up losing around 10 lbs of fat and somehow gained a few lbs of muscle along the way while setting numerous PRs.

Ya but that takes extreme patience and dedication. Most are not capable imo. I think Noa is, but it will be a looong journey.

Some good points, anything that is more gradual will be much easier for the body to keep, whether it is fat loss or muscle gain. That is why I think andromass will be superior to superdrol as the comparisons are made. SD will put on size and strength quicker, but you top out quick and it is very hard to keep your gains. However a safer and slower run of andromass over 8 weeks should give you more gains than superdrol in 4 and also you should keep most of them.

Anything that can be SAFELY run for an extended period of time will yield better results whether it be in terms of LBM and strength gains or fat loss.

Hts, do you have a specific weight goal your trying to reach?

I don't know if I could ever put a number to it as it is always changing. I always want to be heavier, but lately I am leaning towards working on athleticism as well as strength, so I am able to shift my goals back a bit.

anyone who uses the above statement, its a cop-out

none of what we do is ever going to be immediate.....anyone with any kind of physique knows it takes time and effort, on all fronts......or else everyone would be 230lb ripped

if noa can build up that 300lb frame, and have all these crazy lifts, there was work put in there.....now its time to get back to work......jmo.....but if my back n knees were hurting and shit, from being over weight, id get on that

the market thrives on the kid in the candy store mentality, buy the next big this or that, to get big or ripped, and its only the guys with years under their belt that realize they only need the staples, and a solid plan to get somehwere, and not some fkn chewable prewo

noa, maintenance cals, cardio, high volume workouts, with hard/lean, 12wks......then do post cycle therapy (pct), then do mass for 6wks.....you'll drop fat for sure, and when you finally get to your precious mass, you'll grow some, but stay lean....itd be the ultimate priming.....sorta 1 step back 2 steps forward......if your mind is in it, you could get to 275lbs after 3months, lower bf%, then go back up to 285lb but maintain the lower bf%......so really only drop 15lbs, but look drastically different

bro its all an illusion, and with your injuries the power stuff days are winding down, its time to switch gears......dropping 20lb of fat would make you look BIGGER

I have a friend who has a similar physique to Noa: ~315lbs, 6', but with some BF to shed. Also like Noa, he has had some major injuries over the past few years. I have basically been pleading with him to quit eating so much bullshit, do some cardio, and stop worrying about the concrete number on the scale. It's hard to relay the message to people that have always been known as big since it becomes part of their identity.
