Andromass write up

anyone who uses the above statement, its a cop-out

none of what we do is ever going to be immediate.....anyone with any kind of physique knows it takes time and effort, on all fronts......or else everyone would be 230lb ripped

if noa can build up that 300lb frame, and have all these crazy lifts, there was work put in there.....now its time to get back to work......jmo.....but if my back n knees were hurting and shit, from being over weight, id get on that

the market thrives on the kid in the candy store mentality, buy the next big this or that, to get big or ripped, and its only the guys with years under their belt that realize they only need the staples, and a solid plan to get somehwere, and not some fkn chewable prewo

noa, maintenance cals, cardio, high volume workouts, with hard/lean, 12wks......then do post cycle therapy (pct), then do mass for 6wks.....you'll drop fat for sure, and when you finally get to your precious mass, you'll grow some, but stay lean....itd be the ultimate priming.....sorta 1 step back 2 steps forward......if your mind is in it, you could get to 275lbs after 3months, lower bf%, then go back up to 285lb but maintain the lower bf%......so really only drop 15lbs, but look drastically different

bro its all an illusion, and with your injuries the power stuff days are winding down, its time to switch gears......dropping 20lb of fat would make you look BIGGER

No cop out, if you just have to do it, the point stands everyone has excuses.

Starting with just some light cardio and mobility work would be the best base for him. Injuries are a bitch and only seem to get worse as you get older.

Some damn good advice here. I get so tempted to run Andromass because I love being big and strong, but the practical part of me knows better. Ive already shed some weight very slowly in preperation for my androlean and androhard cycle. Definatly looking at long term goals and not just doin everything and expecting it to happen overnight.

Ive been in okay to decent shape before and I know I can get back there and in even better shape this time. Its just a matter of hard work and consistency. Actually im hoping to shock some people next year with my best physique ever.

Well put good grip, you could use andromass to help maintain your lean mass through a heavy cut if you want to. Also the mass should give good strength so if you hit the cardio hard and lift heavy you will cut some solid weight.

Just got an update, Andromass will be back in stock the 15th, well before the 24th date reported. Good news for those waiting.

Sweet! Sounds like you'll be transforming from "Good Grip" to "Grip of Iron" :)

Im not trying to compete, but a good athletic build and being rid of the spare tire would be great.

If I can ever close the number 3 captains of crush gripper ill die a happy man. The number 4 only a handfull of men on earth have closed it.

What's your status? Are you running AL soon?

Starting some new things out and testing the back out, so far its not looking good but oh well, pushing on. Ill be starting my cycle very soon, finishing up my experiment with Sub Sterone and Ecdy.
Also curious on Captain of Crush progress. :D

I actually bought the new grippers from GNC, their only 20 bucks a set and come with 3 different levels goin from-
50
100
150
200
250
300
Im back to closing the 200lb resistance with my right hand and close to doin it with my left. If I can get to the 250 gripper in a year ill be pretty happy.

^^^ Stud! I may need to stop by GNC to slip one of those bad boys out of the package inconspicuously and see what burly can do. I have an idea I will be sorely disappointed in comparison to you, Good Grip.

Using Fat Gripz has hepled my grip more than anything. It also helps with elbow and wrist pain, too.

If you want to measure your grip strength you could look into a hand dynamometer and compare your results to athletes

So then you would agree with the premise of the manufacturer's claims, apparently. Do you also agree with the other claim that include strength increases on your actual lifts? Or that you feel the target muscle more?

A little bit of both, actually. The numbers take a big dive at the beginning as your grip and tendons have to adapt to the new loads, but they catch up quickly. I never use them on ME movements, but they frequently find use in my assistance lifts and DE days.
