Another dumb question!!!!!!!!!!

Another dumb one for ya. So I've noticed that when I inject into my pecs and delts the injection site is sore, and hard almost like a lump. Last for 4 days at least. I would assume this is just oil?
I don't notice it in glutes or quads but I don't usually feel up on my ass.

Is this something normal? Or should the oil disspate faster and not even cause a lump?

Also on my delt it shifted down the where delt meet biceps.

I know I am injecting IM and only using 1ml.

Deca and test e is the compounds injected

Any input would be appreciated guys

Yes, the oil will cause a lump. Don't hit your pecs. Wait until you have more experience. Make sure you only use your side delt for now too. Also, it may also be some selling along with the oil. I get it in my ass. I have a very lean behind:) Your glutes and quads are larger and hold more fat so it's harder to see. It's normal though. Should not be noticeable with such a small injection, but as long as it goes away in a few days don't fret.

There is no stupid questions, burger. Just the occasional annoying ones.

And what do you mean by shifted?

Are you sure you are injecting deep enough in those spots. In other words, could you inadvertantly be doing a subq injection in those spots?

The lump and pain shifted down and inch maybe 2 below the site

Pretty sure, using 1.5 inch needle in delt and pec. Putting 3/4 if it in delts and half in pec. Not much fT if Any there. I'm pretty lean no fat on delts or pec

U probably don't have enough meat there. I've neen on and off gear for about 15 years. I've only done glutes, Delts and quads to put it into perspective. Never had a problem.

No wonder it ducking hurt lol. I mean I have a lot of muscle there but I'm no bodybuilder so ya I'll refrain. It's chest day too and looks like the pip is gonna fuck me over. Any tips to help the oil dissipate faster and pip to go away? Been taking adv and heating it

No such thing as a dumb question !

Pecs are the last place on my list down with bi's and calves for injections, stick to delts (my personal fave), quads and glutes if you can.

5/8" for pecs, no need for any bigger, 1" for delts/quads.

And I'd say you might have done it SubQ in your delt if it ended up moving down to where delt/meets bicep, I could be wrong. Not only is it a PITA the use a long ass needle because you will keep moving it in and out unless you have a real stable hand, you risk moving into a vein/ending up too shallow and going SubQ and and possibly creating more muscle trauma.

I'm pretty steady and no fat on delts so going in more than an inch I'm def in the muscle probably after a couple centimeters. Just skin over the muscle. It's possible it could haw trauma and I just swelled around the area not actually shifted down Becasue it still was lumpy and painful at injection site just two days later it hurt lower like the lump grew. That's what I should have said.

Also anyway to help it dissipate today I tried to do chest but my pec hurt WU too bad even after soon like a ton of light warm up to get blood flow.
