It's been a while since I ran test e alone, usually I'll have eq in the mix which helps minimalise my bloating.
I'm currently on 600mg a week of test e, I already know the answes pretty much diet/water/anti e which I'm doing. I also know you need some bloat to gain the size, and support the joints.
My problem is, apparently I forgot since it's been so long, is I literally turn into a bottle of friggin Poland spring from test lol. I'm watching my sodium, drinking a gallon of water (around), caffeine which I know isn't great for you, is also a deiretic. Is this just a case of everyone reacts different sort of thing? I legit wake up one day and my suits fit, two days later I can barely put my ties on lol.
My adex dose is good btw. .50 eod, which sounds high to most, but that's what works for me.
I also should throw in, my whole life I've been a heavy sweater...in sports etc I just sweat a lot, on or off cycle. However recently, past month I've been sweating so much more than usual at the gym, that I look like I jumped in a pool...before cardio. I've always sweat a lot, but NEVER this much.
