Anti-E help - I've been out of the loop a little while.

I have not done a cycle in a few years. I recently had bloodwork done and my Estrogen was a bit on the high side. The doc gave me a script for test cream, but did nothing to address the high estrogen. This doc does not prescribe injectibles, so I am prolly gonna find one who does.

I would like to know the effect of various anti's E's on existing estrogen as well as estrogen conversion from injectible test. I will spill what I know and perhaps you guys can add your 2c

Nova = Blocks estrogen from receptors but estrogen is still in your system
Arimidex=Prevents conversion from test but does not lower exisiting levels (I think)

Others = ?

I realize that some can fuck with your lipid profile, and I am paranoid about that because my profile is very good

Thanks

Your nolva definition basically covers all SERMs (selective estrogen receptor modulators), and the arimidex definition covers all aromatase inhibitors (with these definitions being extremely simplified of course). However I would think that taking these would simply be a temporary fix. I would want to find out what the cause of your high estrogen level is. Is your doctor planning on investigating this further?

Not really. He said that he did not think it was a problem. I know that it is, because the weight that I have gained in the past few years looks estrogen related. His soution was test cream at a pathetic dose.

I could have had this high estrogen my whole life, it would explain part of my lifetime battle with bellyfat.

I am going to start an injectable testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) program soon, I will want an anti-e, but not sure which one given my situation and would like to talk intellegently to the doctor.

Sorry for the cop out, but I'll suggest you do some research on aromasin. It works like arimidex and letrozole but is probably superior.

No cop out, alot has changed in the few years since I did heavy research and was hoping for a "quick fix" answer. :)

For OTC control of estrogen, you can use something called Indolplex+DIM. It is a supplement that actually works. I've been many real world blood tests to prove it. And then there are the clinical studies.

I've read reports that DIM lowers DHT levels. And it works by converting E2 to other less potent forms of Estrogen, if one is susceptible to high total Estrogens, I don't know if DIM is the proper choice.

Sorry for digging up an old post bros, just doing some searches.

Aromasin is much easier on the lipid profile than other antiaromatases, i suggest using that.

Test Cream: Andro Gel. Compounds.. work different on different people. Make sure
your doctor is commited to elevating your test levels to 800-900. That would be
about max. My test levels did not do much with compounds or Andro Gel. It was
only with injections. Then they went little under 300 to 600. You can put the cream
on your inner arms and thighs as well as shoulders. I used to take it twice daily.
I just hated working out then washing it off. It was sticking to my shirt. I would
find a doctor that does shots. You gotta stay of booze and tylenol ect. :You will
feel side effects if you don't. You gotta toughen up on your doctors. Remember they
are a dime a dozen.

Hey Bro,

What are your estrogen levels at

E2, Total E, and DHT.

Post your numbers and we'll see what we could suggest. I also have high estrogen problems.
