Hey guys,

can you please post up any info that you may have on any websites or good youtube video's that offer good site injection demonstrations for the newbies on here? Thanks, in advance.

Here are some sites I came across when I needed guidance for self injections intramuscular:

Testosterone (Intramuscular)

Another Testosterone Video (kid doing it for HRT)

youtube.com/watch?v=naShR-NPS-U

HCG

HGH Part 1

HGH Part 2

Obviously there are a lot more, but these videos are instructed by a doctor. (Maybe doctors I should say)

Doing my first intramuscular shot was a little tough. I injected into my shoulder and I hesitated for about 3 minutes, then right in. After that first one, it's cake. (and a little fun). I used this exact video for my shoulder injection for guidance. Watched it like 5 times.

I looked at the videos listed so far, and when I was just starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I looked at a lot of videos on youtube. Some are ok for showing where and how, but I think I only saw one that actually shows someone injecting themselves in the glute, and I wouldn't recommend that one as proper technique. It would be helpful to newbies if someone who knows what they're dong could produce a good how-to. Perhaps someone on the forum can produce a good video? I'd volunteer myself, but I wouldn't want to subject anyone to the sight of my fat ass. :laugh4:

I found this on spotinjections.com:

*Rotate injection spots. This will keep your receptors fresh. So right glute, right delt, right leg, left leg, left delt left glute - this will give you ample time off in between. Make sure you dont hit an injection spot more than once per wk - you are using 6 sites so you should be fine

I have never heard anything about more rotation in injection sites benefiting keeping your receptors fresh. Anything to this?
