Any ideas for new training split

I have been working out for around 1 year with the same training split and it has just now quit working for me so if anyone can help me out thanks.
Heres what I have been doing

Monday-Chest, Back
Tuesday-Legs, Abs
Wednesday-Biceps, Triceps
Thursday-Shoulders, Traps, Forearms
Friday-Light Chest and whatever else i feel i didnt get good enough

I also throw some abs in on different days
