they are remodeling our gym, so right now there isn't a weight room to go to. I have a limited # of free weights at home, a bench and about 375lbs of weight. Have been trying to do zercher squats and straight legged deads for legs. Also have tried lunges, but don't really have heavy enough dumbbells.Any other suggestions?? Would help to get more weights, but i'm kinda on a low budget right now.
Have been getting by on the rest of my workout days Back/ chest/arms/ shoulders Haven't been able to do as many different things for ea. as I used to, but figure its better then nothing. Main prob. is w/legs.
Thanks for the help.

they picked a bad time to remodel!!!!!

a barbell is all you need..stick with the basics and youll be fine

BB rows for back
Squats or zerchers, box squats
deads
stiff legs
Bench
Cg bench
curls for girls
military press
there are a lot of things you can do

I don't have a rack for the sqauts though. How am i suppose to put on much weight to squat w/if i don't have a rack?? Also, wouldn't be able to go to failure w/o a rack. What do u suggest?? thanks

Yeah, I agree they picked a terrible time to remodel. Who knows how long it'll take and it is right in the middle of my bulking cycle.
have been sticking to basic movements, just having problems figuring stuff out for legs w/limited equipment. Also, for shoulders, would you just suggest standing military press since I don't have anything to put the bar on??

Go to your local pool or something, or YMCA they are usually cheap as hell and decently equipped. As long as you don't mind old people...

I would if we had one in our town. Unfortunately, I live in a very sm. rural community and the closest YMCA or other fitness center is 70miles away. Thats y i'm asking for any ideas to help me get the most out of the limited amt. of equipment i have to workout with.
