Any other ON Hydrobuilder users?

i use ON's protein powders all the time and they sent me a 7 serving sample.and i used it,and actually i loved it,it tasted good,and worked very well for me,i felt hardness in my muscles,a good pumped feeling and great recovery,i would use it again for sure,and the vanila is the best tasting

Decent protein , have you checked Whey to Build Muscle , has a ton of flavors and tastes great. Check out Need to Build Muscles site.

It's a good product but kind of pricey. I have been using ON's Platinum Hydrowhey which is the base protein powder for hydrobuilder - they just added the other requisite pwo stuff to hydrobuilder to make it an all-in-one sort of deal (creatine, glutamine, etc.).

I've been pleased with Hydrowhey - just switched back to Myofusion right now (like to mix things up).

I drank two cans of that stuff the first was fine but the second started to make my kidneys hurt. Creatine and me don't agree. Other than that didn't feel anything. Going to try Whey to Build Muscle protein next.
