lmao. This has to be the funniest thread I've ever read. Just put some ice over the area before you shoot it if it's that big of deal, but if you use a 23g you have nothing to worry about anyway. Test prop can hit fast and cause pain in some, but cypionate and enanthate are totally painless in 99.9% of people it seems like..especially if you do standard glute shots. Thigh shots might be different. I don't see why you would do a sub q test shot considering the whole point is to have it esterfied and sit in your muscle and be broken down accordingly.
As far as scar tissue, you guys I think are a little oversensitive to that idea. Jabbing yourself with a 23 g needle once or twice a week is not what causes significant scar tissue, even over time. What causes it is a bad reaction to a test ester that say is too concentrated, too fast acting, or if you are allergic to something in it (rare). Then the tissue gets inflamed and whatnot. Test prop does this to some, and the fact that that is a short ester requiring more injections makes the potential worse. Not everyone reacts that way to it, but the fact that is a faster ester means that it has the potential to cause more of a reaction. Cypionate and enanthate causing scar tissue....nah.
If you have such a reaction you will be able to feel the inflammation and tissue lumping up. And just because the original poster breaks out from eating chocolate doesn't mean he's going to have problems with injecting testosterone IM. IF anything I'd think a subq test shot would cause more irritation for you than an IM shot.
