whats up guys, i know he sounds like a wuss, but i have very sensitive skin, to the point i have to wear 50 spf when going outside, almost everyday, chocolate makes me break out bad, and a handfull of other skin sensitivity stuff, so

so i needed to find out if there was anything to numb the skin so my shot spot would not get too enflamed or anything like that?

any suggestions besides to stop being a wussy will be appreciated!

thanks

What gauge needle are you injecting with? I use 30g x 1/2" insulin pins. It is painless. Is your skin reacting to the shots or are you experiencing pain while injecting?

You could rub a little vagasil on it?

JK dude. I dont know. I found a sweet spot on my delts and it is all good on my hood.

yeah a bit of pain while injecting, and the initial needle pressing in is pretty painful for me!

Yes, even for test. The draw is a pain in the ass. It definitely takes a minute. I've heard of people pulling out the stopper and back filling with a 23G. Something about that seems unsanitary to me. I pre-load my syringes on sunday so I'm ready to inject during the week. I pin twice a week. I'm never going back to IM.

so 2x's a week and not once every 5 days?

ok, yeah ive heard they are a pita! to fill! so why no im? your just do sc injects? ive heard mixed reviews on this,

are there any insulin syringes that actually have needles that screw off? if so id get those as you can draw with a thicker needle and pin with a smaller, if they have those type?

where do u get yours?

also how many iu's in 100mlg's of test? been wondering this for a while because my legs are chicken legs, and i can actually pin im with an insulin pin! haha i know, come on LORD! WHY ME!!!

hopefully with my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) i can actually get my legs bigger while feeling like a stud, and tripping over mine! haha!!

I do twice a week because it is easier than trying to remember when your last shot was. I just know every tue and fri it's shot time. But every 5 days is good.

I don't do IM because testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is for life and I pin twice a week. I don't want my ass to be a human pin cushion with 40yrs worth of scar tissue some day. I pinch up a little skin on my upper quads and inject into the fold.

A 100iu insulin syringe holds 1ml of fluid. If you're working with Chip, then you probably have Test C at 200mg/ml.

As far as where to get, you can get slin pins from Chip. You should have a whole bunch of them for your HcG. I know you've got HcG because Chip does it right.

OF COURSE IM WITH CHIP! WHO ELSE IS THERE!! (NO HOMO!!)

OK COOL, YEAH GOT THE HCG! WILL HOPEFULLY SEE SOME RESULTS WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE WEEKS AS I JUST STARTED!

ok so 100iu = 1ml
and man they are tiny needles! but hurt way less than 1-1.5" needles! and take a shit long time to press it all in due the the oil and thickness but i want to try it until i build up a good base of muscle, then onto the 1"!

thanks alot for the input and advice!

appreciated!

You want to take your time pressing. If you push too hard too fast, you can cause some swelling. My first couple of HcG shots in my stomach caused some bruising. Since I've slowed down my injection time, I haven't had a problem.

I don't get it, what does building up a base of muscle have to do with needle length? My goal is to not hit muscle. And as far as "mixed results", I've put on 15lbs while still maintaining a 31" waist. My testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) results have been similar to my college cycle results 18yrs ago.

well with the im you are putting it directly into the muscle of a certain area correct? all i was saying is once i get a f=good base i might switch to 1",

but hey ifi can get those results i will be more than happy shooting with an insulin needle, easier and less scar tissue as you stated!

thats the way im going to go as well!

thanks!

Pharmacy has stuff that thee use for babies when there getting there shots etc numbs the area

thats what the wife said but asked our phamacist, and they said they had nothing, so i might go with some doctor numb, looks good and can be used for tattoos as well!

lmao. This has to be the funniest thread I've ever read. Just put some ice over the area before you shoot it if it's that big of deal, but if you use a 23g you have nothing to worry about anyway. Test prop can hit fast and cause pain in some, but cypionate and enanthate are totally painless in 99.9% of people it seems like..especially if you do standard glute shots. Thigh shots might be different. I don't see why you would do a sub q test shot considering the whole point is to have it esterfied and sit in your muscle and be broken down accordingly.

As far as scar tissue, you guys I think are a little oversensitive to that idea. Jabbing yourself with a 23 g needle once or twice a week is not what causes significant scar tissue, even over time. What causes it is a bad reaction to a test ester that say is too concentrated, too fast acting, or if you are allergic to something in it (rare). Then the tissue gets inflamed and whatnot. Test prop does this to some, and the fact that that is a short ester requiring more injections makes the potential worse. Not everyone reacts that way to it, but the fact that is a faster ester means that it has the potential to cause more of a reaction. Cypionate and enanthate causing scar tissue....nah.

If you have such a reaction you will be able to feel the inflammation and tissue lumping up. And just because the original poster breaks out from eating chocolate doesn't mean he's going to have problems with injecting testosterone IM. IF anything I'd think a subq test shot would cause more irritation for you than an IM shot.

thanks cjw!!
I KNOW I AM JUST BEING A WUSSY!! thanks man i just needed a bit of a push and my vagina quit itching right away !! haha

thanks guys!

My friend on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is scared of the shots also so he stops by my house once a week and I jab his leg or shoulder for him. Try that helps a lot when you can't see it coming and it's a quick jab.
