Any success stories?

It seems all the posts are about peoples problems with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or trt. Its great to have people to help you get dialed in but for a guy about to start Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) I want some inspiration from guys that have it down and have good stories from thier protocols and therapy.

Mine's not a miraculous instant change but I've been on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for about 6 months now and I've lost 18 lbs and put on some serious muscle and strength. My focus is back and the confidence to go with it. shit that wasn't working like I needed it to in the bedroom are working like a young man again.

Good luck with your journey.

i started Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) about 10 days ago and am finally getting energy + morning wood.

Well I got put on the patch(dont like it waiting for the first blood test to change) but Im on day three. It would be silly to say I see changes but my mental fogyness has started to clear, is it placebo affect maybe but it seems as if the clouds are dissapearing.

There was a point in time in my life when I was very out of shape. I was 250 pounds and could not bench #135

I had spent years eating fast food and drinking a case of coca cola QD. I could always perform in the bed room, but not nearly as well as I should have been able to.

Today I am no body builder, but I can bench my weight #240 about 10 times. I don't go for 6 pack abs but I stay under 15% BF year round.

Im tall so I know the numbers don't seem like much but for me its good enough. I am down to 33 pants size and everywhere I go ladies are giving me attention. (EDIT) although I'm not available, its nice.

I am animal in the bedroom and never have a problem getting ready to play :)

I drink less now and concentrate on better eating habits, constantly educating myself in order to find ways to stay healthy with my busy lifestyle. It makes you think twice about eating that cupcake at 3 AM.

I see a lot of stories on here where people are having issues with with their program, just remember for every 1 person that has issues, there are 10 out there loving life because of their treatment.

It has changed my life and my outlook.

Dfeaton - nice thread...thanks for pointing it out.

IMT - priorities change when we get a little older but we always want to look good and have self confidence. Thanks for sharing

I went through male menopause in December, I shut down. I put on a little body fat as well as lost muscle. I actually started injections around.d the first of febuary. Now keep in mind I began at 200mg e5d which is a light cycle and anyone should easily gain on. Midway through I cut that down and now I'm at 100mg e5d.

I was about 180 in December. I had put on about 5 lbs of fat. For years I struggled to get beyond 175 (i think I've had low t for years). Now its 3 months later and I'm about 201lbs and Im approaching 10-11% bf. Is say I've gained about 25lbs of muscle. The last 2 weeks ive been on epistane which has helped a little too.

Cdy2179 -awesome results man! Hope I have similar!

Thanks... It's great not to have to struggle to put on weight.

I'm sure you'll do fine. Especially if you start at 200 mg e5d. Just be aware you probably won't be able to stay that high long term. Other than that eat clean 6 times a day, lots of protein and lots of good carbs if you're bulking.

FWIW Its still pretty easy to gain on 100mg e5d too, just as long as diet and training are in check.

Yea im over 300 lbs so not looking to gain weight but will aways take some good muscle gains. Ive hooked up with 3j so I think things will work out.

What is epistane?

Google it. Or look I. The prohormone forum.

Basically it lowers estrogen while assisting with fatloss while putting a few lbs. Of muscle. It's extremely easy on your system and for many they don't even require a pct. Of course testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guys don't need pct.
