so Im 19, 5'9 moderately build and have about 14% body fat, but it only seems to be in the midsection region. Im an athletic person, I dont want to be huge, just toned and cut more.
I'm new to all of this, and I was hoping some of the veterans of the trade could help me out and give me a few suggestions about correct dieting and also supplements to help me cut down the BF and also possibly lean up a bit?
Ive heard Winstrol-V is something to look into.
