Any suggestions on which is best for me?

I'm in abit of a predicament. Iv been researching PH's / AAS for a while now. I think a PH to start on would be best for me. Now it says 21 and over. Im 20 at the moment 21 in just over 6 months. Iv been training for 1.5yrs and hit a plateau. A few stats below.

Age; 20
Height; 5"10
Lifting Xp; 1.5yrs
Weight; 154lbs
BF%; 13-14%

Experimented with Clenbuterol and a few Natty Test Boosters (useless i know i found out the hard way) Animal STAK/ Pink Magic etc.

I want something to swell me out, Keep some gains if not all, Will PCT/SERM properly.

My diet will be on point. 6meals a day, High calorie shake, Casein, Milk, etc aswell as my correct food diet.

Any suggestions on which is best for me?

I know im not 21 yet, but i am aware of the dangers that can occur.

At 20yo, 5'10", 154 lbs, and lifting exp 1.5 yrs...............
the proper PH for you is FOOD and WEIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you are hellbent on buying supps, invest in ON gold standard protien and a creatine supplement.
 
I eat a shit load as it is, I train 4-5 times a week. I use ON gold standard, Iv used Kre-Alkyn iv used Monohydrate.
 
How about 7k ED in cals. 40% pro and carbs. 20% healthy fats.

Add liquid egg white to ur shakes.

You have gobs of natural potential. Train twice a day, 5 days a wk. your body can handle it for 7-8 wks til your CNS goes nuts.


You are not a AAS candidate in my book.
