hey bros, I was just reading a past thread and it said somethin to the effect that long term use of nolvadex could be dangerous. Is this true?
I was always under the impression that if water retention was not a factor or a concern nolvadex was the better bet, as it doesnt strip away water, lowers bad cholestorol levels , and wards off a pair of nockers. What would be the possible dangers of running Nolva long term? Say an entire cylce and during post cycle therapy (pct). Thanks fellas........

Yeah .....I read that too....and thought WTF ??

Here it is; I would like to see those threads he is speaking of, cause I must have missed them

Just wondering if i should notice anything within 5 days of use.

I have been using 20mgs of nolvi tabs per day for 2 weeks and have just recently switched to liquidex. I started taking anti E's because i was exp elevated estrogen symptoms a few weeks after a cycle . I changed up to armidex becuse i read a few threads here that spoke about long term use of nolvi might have some health concerns and the general idea that Arimedex is just a better choice than nolvi.

Before my last cycle i had been exp elevated estrogen syptoms for the last 10 months. The thread by silver back has really got me thinking. WTF, why do some of us get fucking destroyed by AS cycles?

Any help would fuckin rock:D

never heard that before , i would think that long term adex would be a lot worse than long term nolva use

Crawler2222 said in an old thread that he ran nolva for a few months while cutting. He didn't mention any sides.

hay guys i posted the thread that sparked this one.

Sorry guys I can't find the shit I got this idea from to quote now, it was on some random thread here. In effect I think it just was saying that there were negative side with long term nolvi use with HDL counts and that it might put more stress on the liver. I didn't mean to alarm people, and make them think nolvi was dangerouse.

peace out G money food stamps

Yeh I think it was a misunderstanding on his part .I will pm the docs to see if they can visit the thread and clarify this once and for all......................

My intitial position on this issue would be that arimidex is definitely more harmful long term as it is a more potent anti-E; therefore causing significantly more harmfully decreased estrogen related lipid problems.

I have some searching to do but I did come across this so far:

Tamoxifen Effects on Endothelial Function and Cardiovascular Risk Factors in Men With Advanced Atherosclerosis

http://circ.ahajournals.org/cgi/content/full/103/11/1497

I STILL believe that a-dex would be a more harmful choice for a host of reasons (long term).

Perhaps you read a thread relaying the fact that long term Nolva is harmful to a cycle vs a-dex d/t the IGF-1 lowering effect it has???, but I think that's ridiculous.

I would pick Nolva anyday over a-dex IF my intentions were to utilize an anti-E very long term.
