first off you didnt specify your diet so to me that could mean you eat 3 meals a day with mcdonalds, a salad, and then protein bars fer dinner.
so what you gotta do is get a notebook, and plan 5-6 meals a day spaced at proper intervals.
you need to eat these meals at the same times everyday and eat pretty close to the same levels of protein sodium carbs and cals while doing so. this is how you balance your bloodsugar. by doing this the body will burn off stored fat cells and allow room for muscle to grow.
