My delt pin from last Weds was at its worst yesterday (week later). Hard, sore knot where delt and bicep intersect.. Have lateral raises for shoulders today, so hope that will go well.
Left delt that I pinned on Saturday is at the point (4-5 days) where the other first started hurting.
Decided to shelve product. May go back to it last few weeks of cycle, once tren is done. That way I can use it in quads.
