Anyone else's Endo....do this?

Bullseye Forever

Prince of Darkness
Ive been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 4 years now,and since ive been on this forum ive read alot and learned alot more about other peoples experiences with being on trt.....and ive learned that alot of you are taking HCG along with your trt....my Endo has never prescribed me to take this, and i have never asked him about it until my next appt,do any of your Endo's do the same thing?Or am i alone in this....confused

Most don't know enough about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocols to do it. Are your nuts shrunken up? If so its cheap and you can always just order it and shoot it yourself at about 300iu e4d or so to plumpen up your balls.

Are you taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) along with your test dose? Most endo's wont know to do that as well to limit potential sides...

I'd talk to chip and get on a real protocol if possible, he'll have you feeling way better bro

yea man,my nuts are shrunken up and im not taking an A.I. my endo told me that an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). wasnt necessary for clinical doses of trt...so lol i dont know whats up with him

The only way to tell if an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is needed is with your E2 reading. HCG will raise that E2 quite a bit and make you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) most likely. It is a tradeoff as shrunken balls are no fun. I am pretty estrogen sensitive though and probably need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on just a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose.

Agreed. I am estrogen sensitive as well and the HCG does raise it.

Agreed. I am estrogen sensitive as well and the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) does raise it.

well i dont know if i am or not lol,ive blasted a couple of times or actually run 2 cycles of test alone the first time at 500mg/week and the 2nd at 600mg/week and didnt have any soreness or puffy nipples,so i dont know if i am or not

As you can read in my other post, I never took Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and still benefited greatly from taking arimidex. My doc said I didn't need it either, so I went to Chip and rest is history. The difference for me is night and day. Before I just felt like a slug that was kind of strong in the gym, now I feel like a little kid all the time. lol When I got my labs my SHBG was like 55 and my E2 was around 30 something. The E2 could have gone higher now, even though I'm only using a little over 100mg a week of test. Some people are different than others.
