not 15ml... maybe its 20 actually... so does that mean there is 2 ml solution? so 22ml total... either way... why no screw top?? let me know...

Im using one right now and its good. There is one capped vial to put final solution in. Vial of oil was not capped. Good results, little pain

i got three vials... one empty with the metal thing on it... one with oil with the metal thing on it, and one with the solution with a rubber stopper on it....?

Bro, the one with the oil is a tear off top. You can easily remove it and add ingredients or pour it into the solution. The one with the rubber seal has the dissolving solution.
